How long does it take for shipping?

All domestic orders (United Kingdom)
Duration: 1-4 Working days

All Rest of the world shipping.
Duration: 7-14 Working days

We use the Royal Mail delivery service for all domestic and international orders; all tracking numbers are emailed to the same email provided at checkout, unless a costumer note is given directing otherwise.

Return and Exchange?

We offer a full refund on all necklaces and bracelets, rings within the first 7 days from when the item has been received, items must be in the exact same brand new condition that they were sent and retuned in the original packaging that it was sent in.

All earring purchases are final and can not be returned for and exchange or refund.

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.

Exchanges are accepted for the first 14 days from when items have been received.

We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. That includes any amount you paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.

Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment  and if it is returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund.

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.  Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
